Osvaldo Tenorio
Born in Pernambuco, the architect-designer Osvaldo Tenório established his career by printing his identity on his creations, combining regional, organic and natural elements, with noble materials and simple sophisticated lines, iconic characteristic of the Brazilian architecture and design.
As a sensible creative being, Osvaldo Tenório has an accurate taste for sophistication, easily noticed in one of his most famous projects, the Kenoa Resort, in Barra de São Miguel Beach in Alagoas state.
In 2018, Osvaldo Tenório created for ETEL, the collection “Cápsula”, inspired by the Brasilia modernist architecture, even naming one of the tables “Oscar”. Composed by 8 magnificent pieces, this collection stands out for having noble metals as the predominant material, while carefully carved pieces of wood takes the role of precious final touch in the composition.
The collection also catches your attention for its essential minimalist forms in reference to a fauna imagery, like the “Seriema” sideboard or the delicate sculptural “Cabrita” chair, which features a Mongolian sheep fur.
