CURVA ARMCHAIR

Curva Armchair (1950 / ETEL reedition 2022) Curva Armchair (cc 1950-1960) was designed by Joaquim Tenreiro especially for the family of José and Francisca Inácio Peixoto, great businessmen from the mining town of Cataguases in Brazil. The construction and setting of the furniture was inspired by the modernist architectural forms already on the rise in the city, as well as by the landscaping of Burle Marx. The furniture was designed just for this house, a significant Brazilian cultural heritage.
